Sharing and Disclosure

Strand does not sell personal information. The current published policy states that Strand had not disclosed or sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose during the twelve months preceding its June 30, 2023 version date and would not sell personal information belonging to website visitors, users, or other consumers.

We may share information with contractors, affiliates, vendors, suppliers, analytics providers, or other service providers that support website and business operations, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, services, social networks, or applications that AISL Solutions and Strand do not own or control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and users should review those policies before providing information.

05

We take the security of personal information seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel, organizational, and physical measures designed to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, unauthorized access, or misuse.

No security measure can eliminate every risk, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be viewed by an unauthorized person or that a third party will not circumvent privacy settings or security measures. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials and device access.

06

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to support the purposes described in this policy, maintain appropriate business and legal records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect legitimate interests, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.

07

08

Children and Do-Not-Track

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13 except as permitted by law.
